Poses are seated and held 3- 5 minutes. Muscles are relaxed as we strengthen and focus on the joints and connective tissue. This practice is based in stillness teaching you how to sit in your feelings and breathe through uncomfortable situations. Open & beneficial to all levels!
I encourage everyone to come to my Yin class. It's a great class for anyone wanting to start a yoga practice. Just show up and learn who you are. You're made of more than you could ever imagine. You can do it! You can feel better than you do right now. You can be proud of your accomplishments. You'll be so happy you did and it will change your life too, if you practice.
