This session begins with a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s going on in your world—emotionally, spiritually, or physically—and what kind of support you’re looking for right now.

From there, I’ll draw on the tools that feel right for you in the moment. That might be Reiki, chakra tuning with sound and vibration, drumming, smudging, a specific singing bowl for a specific energy center—or something else entirely.

Sometimes healing looks like deep energy work. Other times, it’s simply about feeling seen and understood.
